From over 10 years ago, I never finished the weld inside the door jam of the passenger quarter panel. There is a thicker backing plate that gives the quarter panel more structural support when the door is shut. Before it wobbled slightly when shutting the door.
To finished this, I drilled several holes into the door jam area, then clamped the backing plate together and spot welded it together with a mig welder.
I also finished welding an area near the weatherstripping edge and sprayed with gray primer .
