Installing seats and door jam covers
After the paint dried, the door jam floor covers were installed and the front seats were bolted down with the 4 bolts.

Now it’s time to start putting the interior back together. A lot of the parts had surface rust so I wire wheel brushed the backseat frame, the headliner rods, door jam pieces, ashtray, trunk gas tank cover, rear end bumper, and the front seats. Here I used a gasket hole punch set to hammer out holes through the carpet for the seats to bolt through it . It was a little hassle to find the holes. To make it easy I pushed a skinny screwdriver through until I found the hole, then lifted it up to mark the area to punch out.
