I ordered a replacement carpet and the sound dampening material from RockAuto for a decent price. This was installed today. Below shows the sound dampening material laid down according to the printout sheet.

Then the rear carpet panel was laid down first, followed by the front carpet panel to overlap it.
I cut a slit for the floor shifter. Be sure to triple check before measuring. I was off a little and have to stitch it up.
I used a gasket hole punch set to hammer out holes for the seats to bolt through the carpet.
